Kenton Crepe Mix 425 g

PREPARATION :

Heat the pan on medium heat. Grease the pan if necessary.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk with an electrical mixer on low speed for 30 seconds and then at high speed for 1-2 minutes. For each crepe lightly grease the pan and pour ¼ cup of batter onto the hot pan until the batter covers the pan’s surface.

Cook until light brown,  turn and cook the other side until light brown.
