PREPARATION :
Heat the pan on medium heat. Grease the pan if necessary.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk with an electrical mixer on low speed for 30 seconds and then at high speed for 1-2 minutes. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan.
Cook till bubbles break on the surface and edges begin to dry. Turn the pancake and cook the other side for 1 minute or till golden brown.
